Parterapi

There may be several reasons to seek couples therapy. Some couples experience getting stuck in some negative patterns at some point.

You may experience conflicts that are difficult to resolve, one may have begun to withdraw, even though you both want the closeness you have had in the past. Maybe the presence has disappeared so much that it affects the desire, and the sex life has stalled a bit.

It can be good to talk about some of this with a couple therapist, to see what activates the negative cycle and find ways to break it, so that you can prevent conflicts, and become better at talking together and finding common ground. solutions to what you are concerned about.
